Layout: avoid line wraps

On the relay search page, for example https://metrics.torproject.org/rs.html#search/family:008EAE223B110C8EDEE20D06FB0DD4C43E3E0142, the text in some calls is wrapped, causing the layout to break. I assume this is due to a long IPv4 address (11 out of the 12 possible digits).
