Improve documentation to make it more useful to developers and researchers
I'd like to improve our documentation to make it more useful to developers and researchers. My current plan is:
- Write an outline what needs to be covered in the documentation
- Make a list of existing documentation in this repository, on the wiki, and maybe other places
- Start putting everything together in a single place
I'm creating this ticket to track my progress in doing so and also in learning early from others what else I should be paying attention to.
