Allow measurements to exclude results where the CBT is not set from their daily analysis

By default, only measurements produced using --drop-guards exclude results where the CBT was not set from their daily analysis. By carrying the 'exclude-cbt' switch to the CLI, any running measurement would be able to set whether or not to exclude results at measurement time:
