Alerts linger on the top 10 page

When a search returns too many matches an alert is shown. This alert stays on the top 10 page which is confusing.

Steps to reproduce.

Goto https://atlas.torproject.org/#search/test which returns too many matches and should display an red alert box.
Click on the Top 10 Relays menu item.

The red alert box is now shown on the Top 10 page incorrectly.
