Relays get sometimes the overloaded notification bar without timestamp

I saw it last week and just again: sometimes relays get the overloaded notification bar without timestamp included: but they are not shown as overloaded otherwise:

In fact when that state kicks in it seems that all non-overloaded relays get tagged that way. The actually overloaded ones are both shown as overloaded and the notification bar contains a timestamp, too.
