uptime is somewhat missleading

metrics.tpo shows the uptime of relays, which it defines as The time since this relay is online.. I find it is somewhat misleading.
This uptime is computed solely from the last restart of the relay. Yesterday (2023-08-05), due to a network incident, my relay went offline for about 16 hours. So yesterday it showed rightfully as "offline", but today, now that the incident is resolved, it is shown having a 20days uptime, like nothing ever happened.
