number of relays graph has a drop that is misleading

https://metrics.torproject.org/networksize.html has a drop in the number of relays that misleads people to think that we lost all those relays when in fact we had an issue on meronense. We should find a way to accurately plot the drop or do not plot days that do not have all the data available.
