Limit the Bandwidth File `recent` KeyValues to last 5 days

When going to publish the Bandwidth File generated by onbasca for longclaw, i realized i left some of those KeyValues with the data from the last 28 days, since it was always confusing having some KeyValues with data from the last 28 days and others with data from the last 5 days, but while the goal is that onbasca behaves the same as sbws, we should still limit them to 5 days.
