Fix `make linkcheck` issues

make linkcheck is a useful tool when dealing with our docs. We should think about fixing the current problems shown. I am not sure how best to do that, though, as we have a mix of .onion and non-.onion links and without torsocks the former are broken while with torsocks a bunch of the latter are broken (likely due to Cloudflare and friends).
