Idea: Measure a relay with multiple exits/middles

While this isn't me complaining about my bandwidth scanner values, I have an idea: when measuring a relay, use multiple other exit or middle relays when measuring, along with multiple clients for each respective relay in addition to the one we're measuring.

I don't know if this is being done yet, or is feasible, but still.
