Release 'tor-nightly-0.3.5.x-bullseye' for 'tor' was not found

i looked at deb.tpo and https://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/dists/tor-nightly-0.3.5.x-bullseye/main/binary-amd64/Packages is empty. In any case, there's no bwauth that is using 0.3.5.x, so we can remove it from the CI
