Grafana dashboard for network diversity

The TorBSD folks have some nice stats about network diversity. We could use that as input for a Grafana dashboard visualizing those and other stats to give us a better idea about various kinds of network diversity we are interested in.

Bonus points if we get that for time series, too, so one can easily understand how different diversity metrics changed over time.
