Nail down 6 new network health metrics

For Sponsor112 we should come up with 6 new network health metrics which we had not been collecting when the project started. We have two slots filled with uptime and churn metrics so far which leaves 4 slots available.

I talked a bit with @juga and we might have some bw auth related metrics we want to expose via Grafana, which seems a reasonable and important choice. Additionally, @dgoulet might have some ideas and a list, too.
