O.1.1. Plan an information collection and ingestion strategy

We should map the information we are collecting in our pipeline and how we are storing it. Specifically we need to identify the information about the network that we:

1. want to collect,
2. already collect,
3. can access from open source data sets

For Tor network data we have: https://metrics.torproject.org/collector.html

We also are, or might want to, ingest data from other services we are currently running and open source data sets that could augment our data.
