New round of contacting operators for DNS issues and badexiting problematic relays (08/16/2021)

Our scan showed 3 problematic relays:

29BBD80A1702C7FDEF6557C492F44E9EBAB2854A
90B818902D42800A5E5F31A2C0D9A2B0B31EAC5F
D3BAB67D1079EA080B83F158D69CA270FA44486B

All of them with DNS issues as our test site could get reached via IP address it seems.

We had the last one on our radar for last week already. Things got fixed but a are back to being busted. I've pinged the operator again. I'll reach out to the operator of the first one and get the second one a BadExit flag as there is no contact information available.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
