Do not allow negative hours

When selecting after how many hours a notification will be sent for a particular subscription I am allowed to select a negative amount (e.g. by clicking on the arrow down in the text field), which is weird. Moreover, I am not even sure this case is handled correctly. Either way we should make sure something > 0 is entered.
