Node down subscription does not appear to work

Yesterday I tested the current deployment more and subscribed Najdorf to the node-down subscription (wait 2h) + the guard flag one (wait 1h). Then I went to the relay and took it down. Now, almost a day later I still did not get a notification.

I wonder where to look at weather.tpo for some logs. @sarthikg : do you know where I should look for some logs for trying to figure out what's going on?
