Reborned TorWeather

TorWeather is supposedly reborned according to https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-relays/2023-March/021110.html, which I discovered thanks to a moderator in my topic I created on the forum. I tried adding a few relays but I couldn't, getting the following pop up error

However, after asking on the forum, the services DOES work, but I discovered that it only does with relays that are at least a month old, those which aren't you get the error. Being unable to monitor relays.

Furthermore, inside the service, the Get Help and Submit Feedback don't work. There is no page found.

Hey @hellorelay , I guess the issue was happening because of another issue that was previously raised, i.e. #60 (closed). I have just raised a PR to fix it: !96 (merged) .

Thanks for the quick response @sarthikg , I just tried adding my relay (which isn't a month old) and works like a charm so far.

Wait, it worked already? The changes were not yet deployed afaik. This is weird then.
