Create a Tests page

Tasks

• Create a "Tests" page, including;
  • Integration:
    • Chutney.
    • Shadow.
    • Faulty Onions (to be developed).
  • GitLab and GitHub CI examples?
  • Explaining that Onion Services is a "portable" technology, meaning that it's easy to setup and move a service around, and the same property applies to testing: one doesn't need a complex setup to try out the technology; whichever system can run a Tor implementation should be enough for testing.
