Replace Tor network overview link

Description

Right now some pages in the Ecosystem umbrella are referencing a legacy page from the old website describing how Tor works.

Tasks

• Optionally migrate and update the legacy page old overview docs into and introductory section at the Community Portal.
• Replace all references to the legacy page to an official, canonical and up-to-date page giving an intro on Tor (once it exists).
