Onionsite Manager Comparison Matrix

Description

We do have a page tracking the implementation status of core Onion Service functionality, but it does not track onionsite managers like Onionspray and Oniongroove.

Tasks

• Create an Onionsite Manager Comparison Matrix (to aid migration etc) with basic information for:
  • Onionspray.
  • Oniongroove with C Tor.
  • Oniongroove with Arti.
• Update the development intro page:
  • Add a card for the new page.
• Update the new page:
  • Walk through the implementations page, and make sure the corresponding features are represented in the table.
  • Walk through the existing Onionspray functionality, and make sure it's represented in the table.
