Since 2026-01-18, Bookworm image jobs are failing.

      • Manual installation in a fresh bookworm virtual machine. Works.
      • Testing without the upstream Tor deb repository. Works.
      • Manual installation in a fresh container. Works.
  • Apply a fix, or report upstream.
