Make the Privacy Policy text general

Description

The current Privacy Policy assumes the analytics collection is enabled. With a few changes, it can be made general and valid for either case (with or without analytics collection).

Even if analytics is disabled, the service provider might still be collecting IP addresses, so why it's important to inform users about what may be happening.

Tasks

• Improve the Privacy Policy text, stating that analytics may be collected, but only after asking for the user's consent". So it can be user with or without analytics collection.
• Add a link to the Privacy Policy page into the navigation bar.
