Test Sauteed Onions in one of the TPO sites

Evaluate the setup and testing of the Sauteed Onions proposal on one of TPO sites. Tasks involved:

• Discuss and evaluate the setup and maintenance effort.
• Check TPA's availability and check if they could review the discussion.
• Move this ticket to TPA when the time comes.
• Evaluate/propose adoption in all TPO sites. Initial estimate from @lavamind is that this could be done quickly and without much effort. Task moved to #218.
