This issue was created retrospectively to track the creation of Onionmine.
I'm wondering if I should move this to the onion-services umbrella or if this tool is too simple/specific for the current S123 scope. @gaba, @gus, any idea about that?

Regarding the operators asking for tools, I added in the README.md an explanation about vanity addresses which might be moved to it's own "Vanity Addresses" page at the Onion Services advanced docs.
@gus, do you think that the above explanation is worth to be moved there?
