Support for reloading the config through init scripts

Description

Reloading configuration upon receiving SIGHUP was implemented, but this is not available in the init scripts.

Tasks

• Support for reloading the config through init scripts (in the Debian package or any other init script provided).
• Update the documentation accordingly.
