Improve the References page

Description

There are many relevant Onion Services resources not referenced anywhere in our docs, and that can be included in the references page.

Tasks

• Improve the references page:
  • Add the CensorBib as a related references.
  • Include recent relevant papers, discussions etc not available in the Anonbib neither on Tor Research.
• Add a link to the references page in the Security Overview docs.
