Create the Onionsphere list

Description

Create Onionsphere, a curated list of public onionsites to showcase the Onion Services technology.

Tasks

• Bootstrapping:
  • README.
  • LICENSE.
• Importers:
  • The curated list.
  • Bonus: third-party lists:
    • Existing curated lists (like the "Real World" one).
    • From CT Logs (through onion-grab.
• Exporters (datasets are merged):
  • Onionprobe.
  • Static site (GitLab Pages): Onion Services showcase.
  • Firefox bookmarks (HTML etc), so it can be easily (re-)imported in browsers; with tags and keywords.
• Integration:
  • CI jobs.
