Onionspray 1.6.0 release

Tasks

• Update the ChangeLog with everything (or just referring to what was) done in the initial milestone.
• Do minor documentation updates and fixes.
• Create a release workflow, including sending a message to the tor-announce mailing list. Take Onionprobe's as example.
• Review stuff and apply hotfixes.
• Do the Onionspray 1.6.0 release.
• Write an announcement message to the tor-project and tor-dev mailing lists, and covering the following:
  • Thanks to Alec Muffett.
  • Migration guide.
  • How to report issues, send merge requests etc.
  • The full ChangeLog is available at https://tpo.pages.torproject.net/onion-services/onionspray/changelog/
  • Main improvements over EOTK.
  • How to contribute.
• Write a release message to the tor-announce mailing list.
• Ensure there is a post in the Tor Forum.
• Close the initial milestone.
