Install deb.torproject.org-keyring on Debian systems

Description

Onionspray is managing deb.torproject.org's keyring using a non-standard file tor-archive-keyring.gpg.

This prevents the keyring to be automatically updated.

Tasks

In the installation/dependency procedures:

• Switch from tor-archive-keyring.gpg to tor-archive-keyring.gpg as recommended.
• Remove the old tor-archive-keyring.gpg.
• Install the deb.torproject.org-keyring package.
