Wrap up project 145

The project 145 ends in November. There are some resources that we are maintaining now that will need to be transition to somebody else or end the maintenance. Check what needs to be wrap up or transition when the project ends.

• Evaluate all resources that this project is maintaining.
• Check what can be close, what needs feedback from OTF and what Tor will continue maintaing.
• Discuss next steps and roadmap of the repositories developed during this project.
