**PROCESS**

1. Start with a round of check-in about what each person wants to bring.
|
|
|
|
2. Give 15 minutes for people to think about things that worked and things that needs to be discussed.
|
|
|
|
3. Let people write in the pad.
|
|
|
|
4. Give 10 minutes for people to vote on what they want to discuss.
|
|
|
|
5. Grab the 3 items most voted and give 10 minutes to each to discuss what can be improved.
|
