Before we make changes to https://tails.net/donate/ that lead to donations being send from that page to TPI in a way that is not earmarked to Tails, we should stop saying that donations made through that page are restricted to Tails activities:

• On https://tails.net/donate/, remove "until further notice, all donations made to Tails will be earmarked for activities involving Tails" → https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/tails/tails/-/merge_requests/1968
• On https://donate.torproject.org/faq/#faqTails, rephrase the answer to "Can I still restrict my donation to Tails?" → tpo/web/donate-neo!184 (merged)
