Added tests for programmatic group creation and adjusted group decorator to also accept superuser vs just group permissions

changed models in database to have more obvious names and attribute names. updated views and templates so that these changes would be reflected in current models. fixed failing tests

moved get_wordlist outside of CreateIdentifierView to function in views.py, returning a global variable to minimize reading from disk

created tests for validate_user_identifier, user_identifier_in_database, and all methods from CreateIdentifierView(CBV)
