allow previewing Markdown-formatted text in Anon Ticket

allow previewing Markdown-formatted (and GitLab Flavored Markdown (GFM)) text in the Anon Ticket "create an issue" page, and show issue details with Markdown formatting when clicking an issue in See My Landing Page > clicking on the submitted issue title
