add a link an issue's GitLab from the Anon Ticket landing page

currently the Anon Ticket landing page only has clickable issue titles, but to see the issue on GitLab requires two steps: clicking the title, and then clicking "See on GitLab" on the next page. Adding a "See on GitLab" link from the landing page next to the issue makes this a one-step process.
