Project.short_name_with_namespace not showing all subgroups/groups

Project.short_name_with_namespace not showing entire path as GlGroups model does not currently recognize multiple levels of GLGroup. Need to add an optional FK/many-to-one on the GlGroup model that allows subgroups to be linked to parent groups, and short_name_with_namespace attribute of GlGroups should probably just use the name_with_namespace and split off the "The Tor Project" vs joining group + name.
