Issue Detail View should link back to project at top

The name with namespace on top of the issue detail view currently shows the entire tree for the issue (e.g. Tor > Group> Project > Issue > Issue #), but you can't click on it to go back to the project. It would be better if that piece linked back to the project detail view.
