Link tpo/download in the account creation page

While moderating comments I noticed several users think they need an account do use our software (somehow managed to get to anonticket without getting to the download page? 😳).

I think we could add an explicit paragraph that says:

You do not need to create an account if you only want to use Tor Browser or other tor software. Check our download page instead.
