Consider basing the podman image on the python image

Would be nice to have python readily available on that image 😄

I had to create a custom image to address my needs on tor-browser repository. See: containers.torproject.org/brizental/tor-browser/podman-python

This is a simple enough change, so I will send an MR. If there is better way to address this, let me know :)
