support portal l10n preview is not updating

It seems the localization preview at https://review.torproject.net/tpo/web/support/l10n/ is not updating.

I am missing a new language that is translated at 20% (Swahili), and the new section for the Mullvad browser (it should be the last on the sidebar). You can see the section in https://support.torproject.org/

When I look at the pipelines at https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/l10n/support/-/pipelines, i see the last pipeline is building with Swahili and the new section, but the deploy job: https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/l10n/support/-/jobs/260708 says it is deploying to https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/l10n/support/-/environments/617 and that gives me a 404.

So, it looks like the builds are not reaching the review server? You can see the last changes are building, for example the swahili pages for Mullvad Browser at https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/l10n/support/-/jobs/260565#L10834

Maybe since we moved the preview pages to https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/web/l10n/support/ we are deploying into the void?
