Update update-apps-repos.sh script to contain gecko-dev history as well

When we do rebase MRs there is a considerable amount of fetching even with the local history we have in the apps-team runner machines, because we need to fetch all the new history that comes with a rebase.

We should include gecko-dev history in there, so rebase MRs don't cause significant slowdowns to Gitlab from their fetching -- we just caused a significant slowdown from running the pipelines in a rebase MR. See:
