Gitlab leaks some debug information out via SSH

Reported by @nickm today in #tpo-admin, but it can be reproduced trivially with:

$ ssh git@gitlab.torproject.org
Enter passphrase for key '/home/user/.ssh/id_ed25519':
PTY allocation request failed on channel 0
time="2021-11-23T16:05:55Z" level=info msg="SSL_CERT_DIR is configured" ssl_cert_dir=/opt/gitlab/embedded/ssl/certs/
Welcome to GitLab, @ahf!

See the SSL_CERT_DIR is configured line.

The only mention I can find of it in a Gitlab context is https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/345273 but that seems irrelevant here.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
