gitlab.torproject.org cannot be used without JavaScript

https://gitlab.torproject.org cannot be used without enabling JavaScript, e.g. the comments in issues and many other things are not visible etc.

Regardless of potential good intentions, those are not user verifiable. JS is a tool against user privacy and contrary to project goals.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
