Every project in tpo/* on Gitlab should send ticket updates to tor-bugs@lists.torproject.org

We should send emails to tor-bugs@lists.torproject.org for every update in the tpo/ namespace (but not people's personal projects).

i think a semi-sane way to do this would be to create a "tor-bugs" user with the mailing list as its email or whatever and have it watch notifications on the project. would that make sense?

so it's been more than a year here. do people really want those bug reports? i'm starting to think this is really not a priority, and certainly not something for the backlog in any case. :)

I don't think it's a priority either and people have since then adopted the confidential issues and I have no idea how the email feature handles that.
