Provisioned dashboards fail with "Failed to upgrade legacy queries"

https://grafana2.torproject.org/d/lSlMY1v4z/relay-metricsport?orgId=1&refresh=1m and https://grafana2.torproject.org/d/9FQf4fEWz/relay-unbound?orgId=1&refresh=5s seem to fail while we did not touch any of those two dashboards recently. Is there some update needed or did some update break those dashboards unknowingly?
