anti-censorship-alerts list is receiving metrics jobs failures

In the anti-censorship-alerts mailing list we are reciving this kind of alerts fairly often recently:

@lavamind @hiro is there something missconfigured, I couldn't find this alert in the prometheus-alerts repo.
