status.tpo content fixes
Hey @anarcat, before the public launch of status.tpo, can we fix up the following please?

Is there better wording we can use here to explain the fact that this isn't a true "live" reflection of our service status? I wouldn't want to give users the wrong impression in case they've detected an outage before we have.

Looks like the links for these items are 404ing.
The description/tooltip for directory authorities currently reads "whatever it is that those things do", and needs updated :)
On this subject, can we invite the network and/or other teams to write full-sentence descriptions for each service listed, and do the same for the TPA items please?
Scratch that, I'll just write the copy to save everyone some time!
Not sure what this is? Is it just a placeholder left over from build? If so it can be deleted.
Status page deployment
This one seems a little weird to keep as an incident, especially since it also reads "121h of downtime". What do you think about removing it from the incident history entirely?
