Remove our cstate fork and hard-code custom strings

Upstream is not really happy with us wanting to add custom network experiment strings that might be essentially useful only for us. Fair enough. We don't have any localization plans right now and in the near future for our status side. Thus, let's just hard-code our new strings and get rid of the fork situation that way for the time being.
