Reinstall Lizard's isobuilders from scratch

As noted in https://gitlab.tails.boum.org/tails/tails/-/issues/10772#note_66546, our isobuilders have slight differences that may explain why we see sometimes different behaviors. When we’ll port our build system to Jessie, we then should reinstall then from scratch rather than simply upgrade them, to get a more deterministic behavior.
